(boiled beef Viennese style)
with herbs and diced pepper, in a marinade of white
balsamic vinegar and walnut oil, served with green salad
in potatoe dressing 

Tomato salad with Bergkäse    
a pure raw milk cheese, ripened for at least
10 months, with olive bread and basil butter 

Warm Greek vegetable salad   
with garlic, eggplants, tomatoes, zucchinis and feta cheese
in olive oil, with a balsamic glace, served with baguette


Soups

Zillertaler Hochzeitsuppe    
rich beef broth with semolina dumplings
and strips of pancake

Creme of wild herb soup      
with porcini and small Serviettenknödeln
(dumplings prepared in a napkin)

Vegetarian

All pasta dishes and salads are of course also available
without meat or fish. Instead of meat we offer cheese, tofu
